Lodge Manager | Eastern Cape

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is partnering with a luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape of South Africa to recruit an experienced and highly guest centric 𝗟𝗢𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥

This role requires a hands-on, guest-focused leader who can seamlessly balance luxury hospitality delivery with operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the lodge, ensuring a world-class guest experience, strong team leadership, and sound financial and operational performance. This is a highly visible role requiring presence, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm yet refined guest environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or in a senior leadership role within a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong all-round operational knowledge (FOH, F&B, housekeeping, admin)
• Solid financial acumen with budget management experience
• Experience with hospitality systems (e.g. PMS, channel management tools)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused with a natural hosting style
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
