Front of House | Mpumalanga

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is partnering with a well-known luxury safari lodge in Mpumalanga to recruit an experienced and highly guest-focused 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘

This role is ideally suited to an outgoing, friendly and professional hospitality individual who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them on arrival and managing check-ins and check-outs with care and efficiency.

The role involves conducting room checks, hosting guests during the evenings and managing curio shop sales. The Front of House Manager will also oversee stock takes, maintain accurate stock records, record stock movements and handle invoicing, alongside general administration duties.

The successful candidate will bring excellent administrative skills, a sound financial understanding and strong problem-solving ability, with the confidence to think outside the box to ensure guest satisfaction. A team player with a strong work ethic who is willing to go the extra mile will thrive in this environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position gained at a luxury lodge.
• Excellent administrative skills and sound financial understanding
• Proficient in email, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• ResRequest experience advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box for guest satisfaction
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Not a clock watcher and willing to go the extra mile
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Basic spa skills advantageous to assist during busy periods
• Outgoing, friendly and guest-oriented personality
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential) with a PDP being advantageous

Salary – R12 000 to R15 000 per month

Start – ASAP
