๐ ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ – This position is based in Windhoek with regular travel within Namibia and South Africa
Our client is a privately owned luxury safari operation in Namibia, known for warm, personal hospitality and outstanding wildlife encounters. They are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a genuine eye for design โ someone who knows that the feel of the linen, the weight of the glassware and the fall of a curtain shape how every guest experiences a lodge. This is a chance to join a passionate leadership team, with scope to grow into wider interior decorating work over time.
Based in Windhoek with regular travel within Namibia and to South Africa, the successful candidate will source and manage FF&E, linen, dรฉcor and guest-facing items for all of the groupโs lodges, making sure every purchase matches their luxury look and quality standard. Key duties include taking purchase orders from approval to delivery, choosing like-for-like replacements for everyday items, liaising with suppliers and freight companies, tracking and correctly labelling deliveries for each lodge and department, reconciling invoices and procurement records, monitoring stock levels, and supporting the appointed Interior Decorator with sourcing and logistics on soft refurbishment projects. You will work closely with the operations and standards team on approvals and lodge condition checks.
