The Tourism Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of tourism operations across multiple wildlife reserves within Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring high-quality guest experiences, managing remote and challenging working environments, and aligning tourism activities with conservation objectives.

The Director will lead and coordinate the development and execution of tourism strategies that cater to local, regional and international clientele, ensuring sustainable and responsible tourism practices in alignment with the company’s vision and standards. Additionally, the Director will play a key role in the development and planning of the reserves, collaborating with consultants and planners to ensure that operational designs and plans meet company objectives.

Requirements

-10+ years of experience in Tourism Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
-Experience in managing Tourism Operations in remote or challenging environments
-Proven track record in developing and managing tourism products and services
-Experience in the initial development phase and planning of tourism infrastructure
-International experience
-Experience in Wildlife and Conservation leadership roles within the Tourism & Conservation Industry is mandatory
-Stable working history with contactable references
