Supply Chain Manager | Botswana

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a Safari Lodge Operator that has a Portfolio of Camps in Botswana to recruit an experienced SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER to join their team.

PLEASE NOTE – This position is Maun based and only open to Motswana Citizens or candidates with permanent residency in Botswana.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field equivalent would be highly preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality Hotel/Lodge Procurement or Safari Operations Management.

· Manage and supervise the small Supply Chain team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

· Manage procurement, supplier relationships and negotiate contracts

· Manage the departments resources eg. Vehicles, equipment etc

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Sound employment history with contactable references.
