JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a Safari Lodge Operator that has a Portfolio of 5* Camps & Lodges in Botswana to recruit an experienced and guest centric CAMP MANAGER to join their team.

➡️PLEASE NOTE – This position is only open to Motswana Citizens or Candidates with permanent residency in Botswana.

Requirements

• A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent would be highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Camp Manager/Lodge Manager position essential.
• Experienced in daily lodge operations with a solid understanding of Budget Control, Human Resources Management and Technical.
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication Leadership Skills with an empathic approach in managing staff.
• Guest-focused professional with experience hosting international guests, delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences.
• Knowledgeable about local wildlife regulations, ensuring compliant operations that support conservation and sustainability.
• Advanced computer literacy skills in MS Office packages and PMS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Sound employment history with contactable references.
