Spa Manager | Stellenbosch

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a Luxury Wine Estate in the Cape Winelands near Stellenbosch to recruit a highly experienced and guest-centric SPA MANAGER to join their team.

PLEASE NOTE – It is essential that candidates reside in the Stellenbosch area or are willing to relocate.

Requirements

· A Degree or Diploma in Somatology/aesthetics or equivalent is essential

· At least 5 years’ experience in a similar management position in a 5* Luxury Spa environment.

· Effective people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.

· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.

· Proven financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and achieve set targets.

· Design, develop, and implement innovative spa policies, packages, and treatment offerings that align with business objectives and exceed guest expectations.

· In-depth knowledge and experience with premium skin care products and experienced in a wide range of treatments and body therapies – Electrical facials (Both Radio Frequency & Microdermabrasion), Body treatment & Massages, and Body electricals.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Experienced with Shedul software and Easipos point-of-sale system is an advantage.

· Confident, well-represent and well-groomed.

· A Valid Driver’s license.

· Stable employment history and contactable references.
