Spa Manager | Franschhoek

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting an intimate Boutique Hotel near Franschhoek, to recruit an experienced SPA MANAGER to lead the Spa team.

Please note: This is not a live-in position and candidates should live in the area or be willing to relocate

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Spa Management experience gained at a luxury Spa
• Excellent administration, organisational, communication and delegation skills.
• A holistic approach to spa treatments.
• Knowledge of intuitive treatments, ancient philosophies, and healing practices.
• Previous experience teaching Yoga and Pilates is advantageous.
• Developmental approach to staff management and training.
• Guest centric, creative flair, accountable and flexible.
• An employment history that displays dedication and longevity.
