Requirements
- Chef’s Diploma from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef at an internationally recognized property with exceptionally high standards
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisine types
- Up to date with current food trends
- Excellent administration skills, stock control and food costing
- Staff management & training experience
- Strong organizational, delegation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stable employment history and contactable references
