SOUS CHEF – East Africa

An award winning 5* Boutique Hotel in East Africa is currently looking for a SOUS CHEF

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Culinary Diploma and at least 2 work experience in a 5* Lodge and Boutique Hotel environment in a similar position
  • Intermediate HACCP certified
  • Intermediate computer competency including excel
  • Strong kitchen management skills
  • Work experiences in various types of cuisine and kitchen set-ups
  • Up to date with the latest international food trends
  • Fluency in English is essential – proficiency in an additional European language would be preferable.
  • Team player
  • Stable employment history and Contactable references
