SOUS CHEF – East Africa
An award winning 5* Boutique Hotel in East Africa is currently looking for a SOUS CHEF
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Culinary Diploma and at least 2 work experience in a 5* Lodge and Boutique Hotel environment in a similar position
- Intermediate HACCP certified
- Intermediate computer competency including excel
- Strong kitchen management skills
- Work experiences in various types of cuisine and kitchen set-ups
- Up to date with the latest international food trends
- Fluency in English is essential – proficiency in an additional European language would be preferable.
