JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with an exclusive, award-winning luxury lodge in the Sabi Sand, to recruit a creative SENIOR SOUS CHEF to join their kitchen team.
Requirements
· 3 Year Chef’s Diploma from a reputable institution
· A minimum of 5 years management experience in a medium-sized kitchen of a luxury upmarket establishment
· Up to date on current food trends
· Understanding of dietary requirements
· Staff management & training experience
· Knowledge of basic labour legislation
· Knowledge of safety procedures & use of fire equipment.
· First Aid
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills and patience.
