JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Cape Town to recruit a dynamic SENIOR FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER to join their Team

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B management within a large luxury hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends, with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, day-end reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with F&B management software, point of sale (POS) systems, and reservation systems.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, with skills in handling complaints and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
• Extremely hands-on and will assist in other areas if required,
