The ideal candidate is a polished and personable hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury 5-star environments. Calm under pressure and naturally guest-focused, they bring a warm, confident presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements

• It is imperative to have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, leading daily operations of a similar high-end 5-star property.
• Excellent organizational, administration skills and experienced in both FOH and BOH operations.
• Knowledgeable in wine service, food & beverage operations with a flair for hosting.
• Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and providing world class service.
• Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm demure and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driving licence.
• Stable employment history and contactable references.
