Sales & Marketing Manager – Remote

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting a company with a portfolio of high-end lodges in Zambia, to recruit a dynamic and creative SALES & MARKETING MANAGER.

Requirements

• 5 plus years’ experience, at a management level, in a similar role
• Related degree or diploma – essential
• Proven track record in marketing/sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in eco-tourism or safari lodges
• Proficiency in developing sales and marketing strategies that target the luxury travel market segment’.
• · Well-developed understanding of the unique requirements of marketing to both local and international clientele
• · Extensive network and a track record that demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies and tour operators.
• Strong grasp of the diverse marketing channels and strategies
• Excellent Brand Management experience
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
• Results driven.

Start – September 2023

Salary – Based on qualification and experience.
