Sales & Marketing Manager | Madagascar

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a company who has a portfolio of properties in Madagascar to identify a creative and self-driven SALES & MARKETING MANAGER to join their team.

➡️PLEASE NOTE –The successful candidate will be required to operate for three-quarters of the year in Madagascar, the balance of the year may be worked from a remote location.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 5 years Sales & Marketing experience with at least 2 years within the hospitality sector.
• Credentials that display a track record of success within both Sales and the marketing responsibilities.
• A well-developed sales network, with focus on agents in US, UK and Australia.
• Previous client database management experience and the drive to constantly grow the active base.
• Previous experience managing social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and creativity and knowledge to create HTML newsletters & mailshots.
• Excellent writing and proof-reading skills essential as you will manage and update the company’s blogs.
• Creativity to evaluate and redesign marketing material periodically. (design capabilities required)
• Excellent English communication skills and previous experience conducting informative training for client Sales Teams. (Knowledge of spoken French advantage)
• Stable employment history that displays longevity and success reaching targets.
