Sales & Marketing Manager | Remote

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a company who has a small portfolio of properties in Madagascar to identify a creative and self-driven SALES & MARKETING MANAGER to join their team.

PLEASE NOTE – The successful candidate may work remotely but will be required to travel to Madagascar 3 or 4 times a year for approximately 14 days per visit.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred
• At least 5 years Sales & Marketing experience within the hospitality sector with preference for candidates who have worked for a small tour operator or a small portfolio of owner managed properties.
• A well-developed sales network, with focus on agents in US, UK and Australia.
• Previous client database management experience and the drive to constantly grow the active base.
• Experience with Agent one-line training and trade shows and preferably the creativity and knowledge to create HTML newsletters & mailshots.
• Excellent English communication skills and previous experience conducting informative training for client
• Knowledge of spoken French advantage
• Stable employment history that displays longevity and success

Salary – Generous salary (based on experience)
