Sales Manager | Remote

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting a company with a collection of 5* Camps in a Botswana Reserve to recruit a dynamic SALES MANAGER to join their team.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote opportunity, and preference is for candidates residing in Johannesburg or Cape Town.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience within Luxury 5* Properties.
• Tertiary qualification: Degree or Diploma in Sales or Hospitality / Tourism.
• The ability to identify, develop and account manage a database of potential clients.
• Already established database of clients who are interested in 5* luxury market.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A good understanding of budgeting and the ability to work within set budgets.
• Results-orientated and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus basic financial skills.
• High energy, detail orientated, pro-active, open to learning and strong time management and organisational skills.
• A stable track record that demonstrates success and target achievements.
• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle essential.
• It is essential that candidates are free to travel when needed.
