JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning Wine Estate in the Cape Winelands near Stellenbosch to recruit an experienced & energetic SALES & EVENTS COORDINATOR to join their Team.

➡️PLEASE NOTE – It is essential that candidates reside in the Stellenbosch and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in events planning is essential.
  • Knowledgeable in planning an event from inception to completion.
  • Strong sales orientated and upselling skills.
  • Organized, multi-tasking, time management and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication and a neat & professional appearance.
  • Creative with an eye for detail and knowledgeable of décor trends in events.
  • Committed to service excellence & guest satisfaction.
  • Great at establishing & maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and solve problems when they arrive.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft packages with previous hospitality software experience an advantage.
  • Driver’s licence and own reliable transport is essential.
  • Stable employment history and contactable references.
