JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Cape Town to recruit a dynamic ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER / DEPUTY GM to join their Team

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Front Office and Rooms Division management at a large Hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Hotel Operations.
• Strong management skills in Guest & Staff relations and administration
• A passion for inspiring a team through coaching, career development and learning of new skills and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Computer literacy skills including Excel, Word and experience in Hospitality Property Management systems (Micros & Opera)
• Dynamic, creative and innovative
• Excellent track record with contactable reference
