Rooms Division Manager | Cape Town

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is currently assisting a well-established property offering premium rented accommodation in Cape Town to recruit an experienced 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠𝗦 𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥

This position requires a highly organized and service-driven and hands on individual with a proven track record in managing Front Office and Housekeeping operations within a 5-star hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between departments, efficient systems management, and consistently high service standards. A sound understanding of financial controls and guest service excellence will be essential to the role.

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in a guest accommodation, serviced apartment, or boutique hospitality environment, with a strong focus on Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position, overseeing guest services and housekeeping operations.
• Proven track record of managing guest check-ins/check-outs, maintenance coordination, and property presentation standards.
• Experience handling reservations, billing, and basic revenue or occupancy reporting.
• Excellent guest communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team coordination across cleaning, maintenance, and front-office functions.
• Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or booking platforms (e.g., NightsBridge, Opera, (or similar)
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting
• Strong attention to detail in inventory control (linen, amenities, cleaning materials, etc.).

Salary – R35 000 neg on experience

Nationality – South African citizens
