Reservationist / Guest Experience Liaison | Jhb or Cape Town

JD Specialized Recruitment has partnered with a reputable Safari Company to recruit an experienced and confident RESERVATIONIST / GUEST EXPERIENCE LIAISON

➡️PLEASE NOTE: This position can be either Johannesburg or Cape Town based

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Travel and Tourism

· Min 5 years’ experience in a Snr Reservations position, managing guest relations and camp operations

· Previous bush-based experience beneficial

· Background and knowledge in customer relationships

· Experience in assessing international source markets

· System knowledge of Tourplan and WISH or other similar programs

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English

· Highly organised, detail orientated and ability to meet deadlines and multitask

· Foreign language skills advantageous

· Stable employment history and contactable references
