Requirements

• National Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent – essential
• Min 5 years’ plus experience at a bush based, luxury 5* Lodge – Essential
• Knowledgeable of world-class standards and procedures and up to date with industry trends.
• Strong F&B knowledge and exceptional administration, delegation, and leadership skills
• Fair and open management style with a developmental approach to training.
• Excellent communication skills
• Stable employment history and contactable references
