Quality Control Manager | Tanzania

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an exclusive 5* Lodge in Tanzania to recruit a QUALITY CONTROL MANGER to join their Team.

Requirements:       

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control or operational management roles within luxury hospitality, preferably in a safari lodge or resort.
• Clear understanding of International 5* standards and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to set up SOP’s and ensure that they are implemented and maintained
• Manage and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Familiarity with industry best practices, safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Adaptable to working in a remote location.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
• Computer literate and highly organized.
• Proven track record, stable employment history and contractable references.

Salary – $3 500 with live-in benefit’s
