Requirements and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree from a reputable Culinary School.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position at a high-end Bush Lodge essential.
• Energetic with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to create creative menu’s and up to date with international trends.
• Strong leader with the ability train and mentor a small team.
• Extremely guests centric, exceptional wine knowledge and passionate about creating a memorable dining experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for food safety and sanitation.
• Stable employment history and contactable references.
