People Manager | Cape Winelands

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is partnering with a renowned wine farm and boutique hotel, situated in the heart of the Winelands, to recruit a passionate and results-oriented 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 to join their close-knit team.

This role is pivotal in shaping a people-first culture rooted in warmth, creativity, and collaboration. The People Manager will lead strategic HR initiatives including talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, and change management.

The position requires someone who can foster a supportive and high-performing work environment, aligning HR practices with evolving business needs while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Minimum 5 years’ HR/People Management experience in the hospitality sector
• A relevant qualification in Human Capital Management or HR
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills
• Passion for people, hospitality, and cultivating a positive workplace culture
• Candidates already residing in the Winelands preferred, alternatively candidates should be willing to relocate.
