Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
• Highly skilled Marketing Director with extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding.
• Ability to conceptualise and implement a strategic marketing plan.
• Able to multi-task between key themes of commercial, conservation and tourism
• Ability to assess and generate key insights within a digital realm, identifying discerning and compatible audiences, and strategically be able to apply actions and activities across both B2C and B2B realms.
• Established network of media and PR contacts
• Exceptional problem -solving skills.
• Conservation and NPO experience advantageous.
• Informed decision-making ability imperative
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and the of target markets.
• Fully literate and numerate with the ability to perform relevant calculations, statistics, and be able to interpret basic accounts and financial statements and reports.
• Humble, yet driven with a track record of performance.
• Team player who demonstrates the ability to build and develop successful team.
• Motivated self-starter
