JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting an intimate, luxury lodge in the Waterberg, to recruit an experienced LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Requirements

• An experienced couple with a successful track record of independently running a safari lodge.
• Well balanced combination of skills to successfully manage all departments including FOH, Reservations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, F&B and Activities
• Experience managing various activities and dealing with external companies offering additional off-site activities. This requires one of the candidates to be physically fit and not only host, but at times take part in exciting and strenuous outdoor activates.
• Strong leaders, with common sense and a strong work ethic.
• Practical and highly organized
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
• Stable employment history and references showing a track record of excellence.

Salary – R40 000 – R 50 000 (DOE)

Accommodation – 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom fully furnished house. Unfortunately, the property cannot accommodate children
