Lodge Manager Requirements and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.
• 5 years plus experience at a 4 / 5* luxury property
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiar on all aspects of Lodge Management which includes HR, Admin, Finance, FOH, Housekeeping and Kitchen .
• Knowledgeable on Nightsbridge
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confident with outstanding communication skills
• Marketing and Social media experience
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Sound employment history with contactable references.

Trails Guide Requirements and Experience:

• 5 years plus experience at a 4 / 5* luxury property
• Full Trails with VPDA
• FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) preferred.
• ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate
• Valid Driver’s license and PrDP
• CATHSSETA / DEAT Registered
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Basic Maintenance skills
• Astronomy knowledge advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Stable employment history and contactable reference
