Maintenance Manager – North West

JD Specialized Recruitment are currently assisting an intimate lodge situated in a remote, off the grid area, to recruit a MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Requirements

• 5 plus years in a similar role
• Experience working in remote locations and the ability to troubleshoot problem.
• Trade Qualification
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance plans.
• Proven experience in project management
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of systems to be maintained e.g., Electrical, plumbing, generators, solar, water purification systems.
• Computer literacy with sound financial acumen
• Hands on, Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Stable employment history and contactable references.

Salary – Neg on experience
