JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an intimate eco-friendly 5* Lodge near Hwange, Zimbabwe, to recruit a guest centric and experienced LODGE MANAGER.

Preference will be given to Zimbabwean candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years Lodge Management at remote exclusive 5* African lodges.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or similar.
  • Good Computer literacy and financial acumen.
  • Control, management and maintenance of all operational equipment and fleet of vehicles.
  • Identifying issues before and as they arise, and address any problems instantaneously, including complaints.
  • Staff management, training, and development experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Critical and lateral thinking ability.
  • Initiative, able to work and perform without supervision.
  • Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizing, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High standards of service excellence.
  • Sound employment history and contactable references.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Salary -$2 000.00 gross (DOE) – Live-in
