JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an award-winning 5* Luxury lodge in Tanzania to recruit a guest centric and dynamic LODGE MANAGER to join their team.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent (Essential to obtain work permit)
• At least 3-5 years hospitality experience in a 5-star boutique operation
• Guest centric, eye for detail and extremely high standards of service.
• Good financial Acumen and IT skills
• Willingness to teach, motivate and inspire team members.
• Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and delivering service that exceeds the company’s standards.
• Practical with some experience of maintenance
• Experience in mobile camping and safaris advantageous
• Open minded and able to think outside of the box
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Driven, energetic, compassionate and ambitious, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Sound employment history with contactable references.
