JD Specialized Recruitment is currently searching for an experienced and guest centric LODGE MANAGER for an intimate and exclusive 5* Lodge in the North West

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of 5* standards of service
• Uphold lodge standards, ensuring the highest quality of housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maximize guest satisfaction through exceptional guest relations and personalized service.
• Excellent eye for detail
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and standards.
• Proficiency in relevant software for reservations (Semper preferred)
• Excellent track record showing longevity and commitment.
