Lodge Manager | KZN

JD Specialized Recruitment is assisting a 5* Lodge in KwaZulu Natal, to recruit a guest centric and experienced LODGE MANAGER.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a 4* or 5* bush based remote lodge, in a similar senior management role.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or similar.
• Good Computer literacy and financial acumen.
• Experience implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain a high level of hospitality service in all departments including maintenance, gardens, and housekeeping.
• Up to date with developments and current trends within the food and lodge industries.
• Staff management, training, and development experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of basic labour law and have experience with disciplinary hearings.
• Point of Sale and Property Management Systems experience.
• Strong organizing, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of service excellence.
• Sound employment history and contactable references.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary – R 25 000 – R30 000 (DOE) – Live-in
