Lodge Manager| Free State

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a 4* Lodge in the Free State, to recruit a guest centric and experienced LODGE MANAGER.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in hotel management.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or similar
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices
• Good Computer literacy (MS Office) and financial acumen
• Ability to maintain a high level of hospitality service in all departments including maintenance, gardens, and housekeeping.
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Fluency in English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Great decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Sound employment history and contactable references.
• Valid driver’s license

Salary – R 25 000– Live-in
