Lodge Management Couple – Limpopo

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting a luxurious 5*lodge in Limpopo to recruit an experienced and versatile LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE.

Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience, gained in senior positions at 5* lodges.
• Combined skills to manage all day-day-day lodge operational requirements including FOH, Staff Management, Property and Lodge Maintenance, Reservations, and Guiding.
• Would be beneficial if one partner has senior guiding qualifications and experience.
• Good administration, delegation, and organisational skills.
• Strong leaders with a developmental approach to training.
• Excellent command of English.
• Computer Literate
• Stable employment history and contactable references
