Requirements

• Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution (ESSENTIAL)
• It is essential to have 5 plus years’ experience in a senior management role gained at a luxury safari lodge in a remote location.
• Well-developed understanding of the day-to-day operational requirements and standards associated with a remote luxury property.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience with stock control and procurement
• Ability to mentor and develop a diverse and multicultural Team
• Passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a remote location, resilient and adaptable
• Have a strong commitment to sustainable tourism
• Stable employment history and contactable references.
