JD Specialized Recruitment is assisting an award-winning 5* lodge in the Eastern Cape who is currently looking for a creative Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
- At least 3 years in a similar role at a bush based 5* property.
- At least 5 years’ experience at a 5-Star Lodge/Hotel, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a CDP level.
- Hold a current food handler health card or HACCP/Food Safety certificate.
- Fine dining experience and passion
- Excellent English communication (Spoken & Written)
- A team player
- Eye for detail
Salary – R16 000pm with live-in benefits
