ISLAND MANAGEMENT COUPLE – Tanzania

A new and very exclusive Island Resort in Tanzania is currently looking for an experienced MANAGEMENT COUPLE to lead the opening Team. Resort is launching in September 2022

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification: a degree or diploma in hospitality / tourism or similar a must.
• Previous exclusive island experience is imperative
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership skills, yet committed to teamwork
• Strong Admi skills
• Passionate, energetic, and structured
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for Guest and hosting
• Strong local community relationships
• Marine Life management of Island activities, boating, diving, fishing etc
• Guiding background or a proven passion for Marine conservation is an advantage

PACKAGE ON OFFER

• $5000 net for the couple, depending on experience, negotiable
• $1’000 per person per year contribution to your medical aid
• Housing and meals while in camp
• One return flight to country of origin per season
• Uniform
