Island Lodge Manager – Tanzania

JD Specialized Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a highly exclusive 5* Island Boutique Hotel situated of the coast of Tanzania for a high caliber ISLAND LODGE MANAGER to manage this exclusive Chic Boutique Lodge.

Requirements
· Experience working at similar high-end properties in a management role.
· Island experience is essential.
· Small exclusive experience is non-negotiable.
· Professional and presented with an above average understanding of 5* standards of service in a more relaxed environment
· Above average F & B knowledge
· Highly guest centric
· Excellent management skills
· Good administration skills
· Diving / Marine experience would be highly advantageous
· Good track record showing longevity and commitment.
· Tertiary Education relevant to the industry essential for work permits

Salary – $4 000pm net with expat benefits
