HR Administrator | Kruger National Park

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is partnering with a leading luxury safari lodge collection in the Kruger National Park to recruit an experienced and highly organised 𝗛𝗥 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 to be based in the reserve.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, hospitality, and conservation. The successful candidate will support the People Manager in implementing the people strategy and the effective day-to-day management of all people-related activities across the operation.

Core responsibilities include personnel administration and payroll, facilitating training and development, and assisting with industrial relations matters, data capturing, and reporting. The role also covers recruitment and onboarding, staff welfare and employee health and wellness, and coordinating and ordering employee equipment, housing, and wardrobe items.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative and ad hoc support to staff, and will actively contribute to sustainability and wellness programmes and community development initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within hospitality
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Sound knowledge of labour law and disciplinary procedures
• Strong HR-related administration, data capturing, and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Sage VIP
• Personal values including fairness, integrity, and the ability to remain non-judgmental
• Discreet and patient, with genuine empathy and care for others
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong English proficiency
• Valid driver’s licence
