Requirements

· Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution.

· A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star property.

· Strong focus on guest experience and satisfaction.

· Solid understanding of yield management and financial principles.

· Proficient in hotel reservation systems, including PMS, CRM, and EZEE.

· Knowledge of marketing and digital strategies.

· Strong leadership skills with a lead-by-example approach.

· Fluent in Italian, and French, proficient in English

· Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities.

· Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage crises.

· Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

· Demonstrates a stable work history with contactable references.
