Hospitality Manager – Tanzania

JD Specialized Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a HOSPITALITY MANAGER for an exclusive 5* Game Lodge in Tanzania

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and consistently delivering excellence in service and quality across the portfolio. The candidate must exhibit strong leadership and communication skills and be able to draw from their own experience and skillset to unify the team, working alongside them in a strict but fair manner, to deliver effective results. A proven track record of experience in high-end hospitality is essential.

Requirements
· At least Ten (10) years senior management experience in the high-end luxury hospitality market at internationally recognised 5-star lodges or hotels.
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management
· Experience in safari operations is an added advantage.
· Bespoke hospitality knowledge to include wellness & spa.
· Front of house eye for quality and detail
· Proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships, as well as being able to delight clients.
· Highly guest centric
· Excellent management / leadership ability and communication skills
· Basic financial and computer skills.
· Exceptional Food and Beverage and Rooms Division knowledge
· Excellent track record

Start – ASAP
Salary – $3 000 – $4 000 net with expat benefits
