Head Pastry Chef | Tanzania

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a company with a portfolio of lodges in Tanzania  to recruit a creative  HEAD PASTRY CHEF to join their Team

Requirements

· 3 Year Chef’s Diploma from a reputable institution

· 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury 5*environment

· Understanding of kitchen procedures and timing requirements

· Staff management & training experience

· Understanding of labour legislation

· Knowledge of safety procedures & use of fire equipment.

· Highly energetic

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Contactable references
