Head Chef – Sabi Sands

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting an exclusive, award-winning luxury lodge in the Sabi Sands, to recruit a highly experienced HEAD CHEF to lead their kitchen team.

Qualifications / Experience

• 3 Year Chef’s Diploma from a reputable institution
• 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury 5*environment
• Up to date with current food trends
• Excellent administration skills, stock control and food costing
• Staff management & training experience
• Understanding of basic labour legislation
• Highly energetic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
