• Experience in a similar position at 5* fine dining kitchens
• Advantageous to come from a recognized Culinary School
• Highly creative and up to date with the latest culinary trends
• Very good organisational, leadership and people skills
• A passion for the bush
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Team Player
• Good track record with contactable referee
• Current Food Portfolio available

SALARY – R18 000 – R25 000 live-in
