JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with an intimate luxury lodge in Limpopo to identify an experienced HEAD BUTLER

Requirements

• At least 2 years previous Head Butler experience in a 5-star environment (Essential)
• Previous experience managing a team and tailor making personalised and memorable quest experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
• Sound wine, cocktail, food knowledge as you will be in partnership with the kitchen to oversee and enhance the dining experience for guests at the lodge.
• Previous experience managing stock consumption and service-related items.
• Sound knowledge of dietary requirements/preferences
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for working with people.
• Excellent communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail
• Diplomatic and calm under pressure
• Contactable references and sound employment history.
