PLEASE NOTE – Candidates can reside in either Johannesburg or Cape Town

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager at large Hotels
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of South African labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Design programs to help employees learn and develop new skills
• Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Ability to drive and promote a positive company culture throughout the group
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage payroll and handle confidential information.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
• Dynamic, creative and innovative
• Excellent track record with contactable references
