JD Specialized Recruitment are currently assisting an intimate 5* lodge situated in a remote part of the Eastern Cape, to recruit a passionate and experienced GENERAL MANAGER or MANAGEMENT COUPLE.

Due to the location of the property, this position is not child friendly.  A partner may be considered depending on skill set

Requirements

• National Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ experience in a similar luxury 5* Lodge environment
• Strong social heart and experience training and mentoring staff
• Very guest centric
• Positive Management style and lead by example
• All-rounder in technical and Operational Management
• Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience working in remote areas
• Valid driver’s License
• Stable employment history and contactable references
