JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a large Private Reserve in Limpopo, to recruit a highly experienced and guest centric GENERAL MANAGER | HEAD WARDEN 

Requirements

• Relevant diploma or degree in Nature Conservation
• Hospitality or Business Management qualification beneficial
• Advanced Weapon Handling or PH qualification
• At least 10 years’ experience in a conservation management position
• Excellent financial acumen in budgeting and financial reporting
• Maintenance background
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Previous experience in wage negotiations and HR management.
• Outstanding communication, delegation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively and fairly, with a hands-on approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Administration skills to include social media and website management
• A good and stable employment history with contactable references.
