Requirements

• National Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent NB
• Min 5 years’ experience in a luxury 5* Lodge environment
• Knowledgeable on world-class standards and procedures
• Comfortable in dealing with international and VIP guests
• Strong F&B knowledge
• Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Stable employment history and contactable references
