General Management Couple – Tanzania

JD Specialized Recruitment are currently in search of an experienced GENERAL MANAGEMENT COUPLE to oversee the operations of a new 5-star lodge in Tanzania

Requirements
•Tertiary qualification in Business Management / Administration or Hospitality
•Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a safari lodge or remote luxury resort setting.
•Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
•Knowledge of wildlife, local culture, and the safari experience is a plus.
•Ability to adapt to remote living conditions and work in a challenging environment.
•Proficiency in relevant software for reservations, reporting, and communication.
